Luxe Café is our compact model designed for high-traffic urban and suburban areas where space is limited and a full kitchen isn’t required. (low capital investment)

  • Size: 100 to 1,500 square feet

  • Features: Minimal setup with 2 booths and no on-site kitchen or bakery required

Offerings: Sells freshly made donuts from a local approved empire bakery -products delivered daily from approved vendors.

Empire Restaurant Franchise Model

The Empire Restaurant is our flagship franchise, ideal for larger spaces with a full-service approach. This model includes a bakery offering both retail and wholesale products. (High capital investment)

  • Space Requirements: 2,000 + sq. ft.

  • Key Features: Sit-down options (3+ booths), swing seating, and an in-house bakery.

Steps to Ownership

  • 1. Complete an Inquiry

    Start by filling out our online inquiry and completing a pre-screen form that outlines the key attributes we look for in a franchisee.

  • 2. Introductory Call

    If you meet our qualifications, our Franchise Sales Coordinator will contact you to discuss our company’s history, vision, and business model, and to gather more details about you. 

  • 3. Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) Review

    Once your application is reviewed, we’ll send you our FDD, which outlines the details of our franchise system. We’ll touch base with you on days 5 and 14 after sending the FDD to ensure all your questions are answered.

  • 4. After Reviewing the FDD

    Once you’ve thoroughly reviewed our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), we’ll reconnect to answer any questions you may have and discuss available territories and markets. This is your chance to meet more of our team and dive deeper into the due diligence process. We’ll work closely with you to ensure you have all the information you need to make an informed decision and move forward confidently with your franchise journey.

  • 5. Meet with Our leadership team

    If you’re ready to move forward, you’ll meet with our leadership team.  The goal is to get to know you more and see if we are a good fit for each other. 

  • 6. Sign the Franchise Agreement (FA)

    Once all details are finalized, we’ll have you sign the Franchise Agreement and welcome you to the Marry Me Mochi family!
