Official Contest Rules

At Marry Me Mochi (“Marry Me Mochi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we are committed to protecting your privacy and keeping your personal information secure. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit marrymemochi.ca, place orders, interact with our marketing, visit our locations (if applicable), or otherwise engage with our services (collectively, the “Services”).

Section 1

Sponsor and Administrator

This contest (the "Contest") is sponsored and administered solely by Marry Me Mochi. Microsoft Canada Inc. is the prize provider only and is not responsible for the conduct or administration of this Contest.

Section 2

Contest Period

The Contest opens on May 11, 2026 at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (ET) and closes on May 24, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM ET (the "Contest Period"). Entries received before the opening or after the closing of the Contest Period are void and will not be considered. The contest administrator's computer clock is the official time-keeping device for this Contest.

Section 3

Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada who are 13 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void outside of Canada and wherever else prohibited or restricted by law.

Entrants aged 13 to 17 must obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian before their entry will be accepted. A consent request will be sent by email to the address provided at time of entry. Entries from entrants aged 13–17 will not be counted until parental or guardian consent is received.

The following individuals are not eligible to enter or win:

  • Employees, officers, and directors of Marry Me Mochi, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, or sibling) and persons living in the same household, whether or not related

  • Employees, officers, and directors of Microsoft Canada Inc. and their affiliates, and their immediate family members and persons living in the same household, whether or not related

  • Agencies and contractors directly involved in the development, production, or administration of this Contest, and their immediate family members and household members

Section 4

How to Enter

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning.

During the Contest Period, visit the contest entry page atXBOX Giveaway — Marry Me Mochiand complete all required fields: first name, last name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and province of residence. Submit the completed form. Limit of one (1) online entry per person for the duration of the Contest Period. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

All entries become the property of Marry Me Mochi and will not be returned. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means are void. Marry Me Mochi reserves the right to disqualify any entry it deems, in its sole discretion, to be fraudulent or in violation of these Official Contest Rules.

All prizes are provided by Microsoft Canada Inc. and are subject to availability. No cash equivalent or substitution is permitted, except at Marry Me Mochi's sole discretion. Prizes must be accepted as awarded. Prize images shown in any promotional materials are for illustrative purposes only and may not exactly represent the prize as awarded. All federal, provincial, and local taxes, and all other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance, delivery, and use, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes will only be delivered to addresses within Canada.

Forza Horizon 6 is rated E (Everyone) by the Entertainment Software Rating Board (ESRB).

Section 6

Winner Selection and Notification

Draw date: Winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period, on or before[TBD confirm with Microsoft]. The random draw will be conducted by Marry Me Mochi or its designated representative from all eligible entries.

Number of draws: Two (2) separate grand prize draws and fifty (50) separate secondary prize draws will be conducted, for a total of fifty-two (52) winners. Each entrant is eligible to win only one (1) prize. If a selected winner is drawn for more than one prize, that winner will receive only the higher-value prize, and an alternate winner will be drawn for the remaining prize.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

Skill-testing question: Before a prize will be awarded, each selected winner must correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by Marry Me Mochi by telephone or email. The skill-testing question will require a minimum of three (3) arithmetic operations. Failure to correctly answer the skill-testing question will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries. - REQUIRED ACCORDING TO CANADIAN LAW, currently NOT on the form

Winner notification: Selected winners will be contacted by email using the contact information provided at the time of entry within [TBD e.g., 5 business days]of the draw date. If a selected winner cannot be contacted within[TBD e.g., 5 business days]of the first notification attempt, or if the winner is found to be ineligible, fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question, or fails to meet any other condition set out in these rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be drawn from the remaining eligible entries.

Prize claim deadline: Selected winners must confirm acceptance of their prize within[TBD e.g., 5 business days] of being notified. Failure to respond within this period will result in forfeiture of the prize and an alternate winner will be selected.

Section 7

Winner Conditions

As a condition of being awarded a prize, each selected winner will be required to sign and return a Declaration of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (pending) within the timeframe specified in the winner notification. This declaration will confirm the winner's eligibility, release Marry Me Mochi and Microsoft Canada Inc. from liability in connection with the Contest and the prize, and (where permitted by law) grant permission to use the winner's name and general location for promotional purposes without further compensation or notice.

If a selected winner is between the ages of 13 and 17, the Declaration of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release must also be signed by the winner's parent or legal guardian.

Quebec residents: In addition to complying with these Official Contest Rules, any Contest activities directed at Quebec residents will comply with applicable Quebec laws and regulations, including the Act Respecting Lotteries, Publicity Contests and Amusement Machines. The Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux ("RACJ") may require the Contest to be registered. Marry Me Mochi will comply with all applicable Quebec contest registration requirements. Quebec winners may be subject to additional prize claim steps.

Section 8

Prize Delivery

Forza Horizon 6 digital game codes will be delivered by email to the address provided at time of entry, within a reasonable time following prize confirmation.

Xbox Series X consoles will be shipped to a valid Canadian mailing address provided by the winner following prize confirmation. Delivery timeline to be confirmed.

Marry Me Mochi and Microsoft Canada Inc. are not responsible for prizes that are lost, delayed, stolen, damaged, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete contact or delivery information provided by the winner.

Section 9

General Conditions

  • By entering this Contest, participants agree to be fully bound by these Official Contest Rules and the decisions of Marry Me Mochi, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Contest.

  • Marry Me Mochi reserves the right, in its sole discretion and subject to obtaining the prior written consent of Microsoft Canada Inc. where required under the Master Promotion Agreement, to cancel, suspend, terminate, or modify this Contest if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Marry Me Mochi's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest.

  • Marry Me Mochi is solely responsible for the conduct and administration of this Contest. Microsoft Canada Inc. is the prize provider only and bears no responsibility for the conduct or administration of this Contest.

  • No express or implied warranties of any kind are made by Marry Me Mochi or Microsoft Canada Inc. with respect to any prize. Marry Me Mochi and its representatives make no representations about the suitability of any prize for any purpose.

  • By entering, participants release and hold harmless Marry Me Mochi, Microsoft Canada Inc., and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising directly or indirectly from participation in this Contest or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

  • Marry Me Mochi reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to disqualify any entrant who provides false, inaccurate, or misleading information, or who attempts to interfere with or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest.

  • This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, or X (formerly Twitter).

  • Personal information collected through this Contest will be collected, used, and disclosed solely for the purposes of administering this Contest and, where express consent has been separately provided, for marketing communications from Marry Me Mochi and/or Microsoft Canada Inc., in each case in accordance with Marry Me Mochi's Privacy Policy and applicable Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA).

  • This Contest is subject to all applicable federal and provincial laws and regulations of Canada.

Winners List

To request the names and provinces of the residence of the Contest Winners, email info@marrymemochi.cawith the subject line ‘Winners List Request - Forza Horizon 6 Contest’.

Requests must be received by [TBD]. Requests received after this date will not receive a response. Only the winners’ name and province of residence will be disclosed.

Section 11

Governing Law

This Contest and these Official Contest Rules are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Contest shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the Province of Ontario, and each participant irrevocably consents to the jurisdiction of such courts.

Trademark and Branding Notice

Xbox, Forza Horizon 6, and Xbox Series X are trademarks of Microsoft Canada Inc. [pending confirmation from Microsoft for trademark attribution]. All other trademarks and trade names are the property of their respective owners. Use of any Microsoft trademark in connection with this Contest is solely as permitted under the Master Promotion Agreement between Marry Me Mochi and Microsoft Canada Inc., effective March 24, 2026, and does not imply any endorsement, sponsorship, or approval of this Contest by Microsoft beyond its role as prize provider.

They are based on the Master Promotion Agreement between Microsoft Canada Inc. and Marry Me Mochi (effective March 24, 2026, signed April 6, 2026) and applicable Canadian federal and Ontario provincial law, including the Criminal Code of Canada (s. 206), the Competition Act, Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), and the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

All items marked TBD must be confirmed before submission to Microsoft for prior written approval under Section 2.4 of the Master Promotion Agreement.
